I come to be in sacred union with myself through the elemental ritual of H.O.N.O.U.R.

HONOUR

when we are honoured, from deep within ourselves

when we are held within sacred circle

when we are allowed to fully embody our sacred sensuality

when we are connected to our innate wisdom

we thrive in aliveness

we are wholly connected to the web of life herself

when we are taken care of,

we can care for 

the sacred circle of life

we can tend to the sacred fire inside of us

we are abundant well springs of living waters

we are grounded into the earthen wisdom of our bodies

we are dancing as the breath of life

we move with grace,

we move from a space of unconditional love.

THE ELEMENTS OF HONOUR

HONOUR is a ritual and apprenticeship to the ancient elements of life & death.

It is an ode to the sensual woman, a sacred space to experience sensations and connect to sensual sensory input in a safe space

In this ritual we ritually create a space of umbilical connection to our body and heart, so we can access the greater cosmic messages from an embodied place of pleasure, of experienced sensual connection to all of life.

In order for the experience of interconnected reality we focus on invoking the elemental forces to be with us and to be embodied through us.

  • we arrive to the element of water, invoking flow, nurturance, fluidity and emotional connection within ourselves

    as we water our newly claimed garden of sensuality, we honour the waters that gifted us life, water and womb as our primordial field of unity and gestational space before our emergence on earth

  • the fire that burns what doesn’t serve no longer

    ceremonial opening of the space through fire ritual

  • our seedling foundation now is being infused with the element of air, we offer spoken word as prayer and song,

    we utilise the sacred medicines of tobacco, copal and the winged ones to fortify our prayer field

  • laying the foundation

    connecting to our physical bodies as the precious vessel we have to experience our spiritual being in human form

  • we call upon the alchemical fire that illuminates and ignites, the fire that turns it all into gold for us to carry forth

HONOUR is intended to be taught to women that want to:

  • create deeper places of resonance within themselves and their communities

  • facilitate healing spaces for other women and themselves

  • apprentice with the connection to and embodiment of the elemental forces inside of you

  • receive RITUALS to implement into their your own lives

  • create concentric circles to cultivate a culture of HONOURing yourselves and others respectively

  • experience deeper embodied wisdom of reciprocal living
