David Goulet is a dedicated Yogi, whose teachings and practice are rooted in over 5 decades of devoted self-practice, and service to other people. He originally studied under Swami Gitanando, a renowned Yogi and prior Medical Doctor, who devoted himself to the traditional yogic ways of healing dis-ease after witnessing the intrusive and most often only temporary results western medicine brought to patients.

David has taken the the teachings of Chakra Yoga and turned them into an empowering system that he teaches his students, and that he applies to people that come to heal “terminal illnesses”.

Under David’s guidance I have studied and lived with him for a couple of years and had the honour to accompany several patients in their healing journey.

A powerful combination of traditional yogic teachings, woven with epi-genetics, quantum physics and how we can utilise our own life force energy to transform consciousness into matter and matter into consciousness.

During my studies with David, I lived in the jungle in Koh Phangan, Thailand in a simple hut, amongst the spiders and snakes, merging with nature. Its an essential part of my own spiritual and healing journey to be with the elements. And I believe that to be true for anyones holistic healing.

My focus since the integration and lived experience of these teachings lie specifically in:

Since early 2023 I have been walking with and apprenticing with Grandmother LánéSaán Moonwalker. Diving into the studies of understanding and weaving with the naturally present energies of the universe.

Nana Ixquik Zavala and their entire family have been strong allies for me in practicing in the Maya K’iche tradition, especially in the practice of the traditional fire ceremonies that are held to consult with and divine under the weaving of time through the sacred calendar Chol’qij.

Family Zavala come from an unbroken lineage of traditional mayan birth keepers [parteras], of pregnancy and post partum care.

Through them I have been lead to working with the traditional Faja, the healing power of the sacred Obsidian.

I am in a continuous process of apprenticing to study deeper the divination through the sacred plant allies of tobacco and cacao as practiced by this tradition.

Rachelle Garcia Seliga is a Mother, Wife and Midwife who is midwifing a cultural shift through her teachings, trainings and in-person experiences. She is a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM)— through the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM) who completed 8 years of traditional midwifery apprenticeship, spanning both the US and Mexico.

Rachelle embraces the original meaning of the word ‘midwife,’ which is caretaker of the people's health from ‘womb to tomb.'

Hands-on, life experience informs all of Rachelle’s work, and forms a strong basis of INNATE Postpartum Care - Certification Training, where students learn simple, empowering modalities that bring about true healing and vibrant health for postpartum Mothers and families.

At the age of 23, Rachelle was adopted by traditional medicine people: Kanucas Durant Littlefish and Donna Maria Camps, who mentored her in holistic healing arts, and encouraged her to pick up the responsibility and privilege for her own Life.

Studying with Rachelle both during my pregnancy and after giving birth has profoundly influenced me in following a vision that has been dear to my heart for many years before:

“to create systems that support thriving life for the next generations”

through Rachelle’s teachings and my own experience in caring for post partum mothers, I have gained the understanding that the health of the new generations is deeply dependent upon mother’s wellbeing.

Rachelle has opened the pathway for me to understand our innate physiological needs and being able to share this with families bringing in new life.

Matua is a Maori Elder (kaumatua) He is a natural counselor and mentor. He works with various levels of spiritual and emotional guidance and healing.

Matua is also a musician and teaches his own form of open eyes prayer meditation, called "Te Rakau Rangimarie” or way of the peace stick. Moving through the 7 elements/guardians of Nature, honoring the Creator and Mother Earth.

Matua’s forehead markings represent his spiritual connection with Sky Father, the nose markings represent the Breath of Life, the lips, mouth, and chin represent Sacred Jaw of Truth, both sides of his face represent his work of service to God, Ancestors, and Family.

He received these markings from the elders of his tribe, a blessing attained or his service of Love as a Master Carver and a Matua Puna... Living Spring.

Spending time with Matua has been a profound teaching for me, the initiation of receiving my Maori name and songs has helped me connect deeper with my essence and purpose in life.

Through Matua I’ve received the revealing beauty of traditional Maori stories, and the magic of storytelling for our humanity.

The natural balance of life and the efforts it takes for us to come into union within and without.

Under the guidance of my dear teacher and tabaquera [a woman that works to heal through the power of plant diets and especially with tobacco],

I have studied deeper through my dreams, receiving messages, writing new timelines and learning to deeper understand and interpret them. In doing so, a profound healing of the past has taken place and a new understanding for manifesting the new has been established.

The path of and dedication to the healing power of plants has led me deeper into my own essence and seat of humble power, rooted in the earth branches growing strongly towards the light.

RURO CAITUIRO MONGE

Born in the Peruvian Andes of the Apurímac region, Ruro has 20 years of combined experience between midwifery and obstetrics. She specialized in traditional midwifery, water birth and ancestral culture mostly from the Cusco, Apurímac and Lambayeque regions. With a degree in obstetrics and childcare, which she earned after giving birth to her two children, Ruro balances traditional indigenous childbirth practices and modern medicine. After 12 years of helping women deliver their healthy babies, she decided to open the Ruruchay Birthing House, a center now in Peru’s Sacred Valley, Urubamba, for deliveries, training and community development.

Sally Kempton is nationally recognized as a master meditation and tantric philosophy teacher. A former Vedic swami, she has been teaching for nearly 40 years and is known for her practical insights into spiritual life, and for her powerful transmissions of meditative states.

Under her guidance I’ve studied the wisdom of the goddess tradition deeper through meditation, prayer, ritual and mantra.

My deepest practice under Sally’s guidance has been the communion with the energy of divine union through merging with Lalita Tripura Sundari.

Uma is a powerful force of a woman weaving traditional yogic teachings with Celtic wisdom and adapting practices for the health and well-being of women.

She is a leader in the movement of adapting yoga and movement to our unique feminine cycles, making it a cyclical experience rather than a linear one.

Under Uma’s guidance I’ve studied Yoga Nidra [Nidra Shakti], the power of the wisdom goddesses and yoga as a method for women’s well-being and in tune with nature.

Uma’s passion as a writer and as a teacher is to transmit clarity of awareness, creativity and profound vitality. She identifies these teachings as “post-lineage” yoga, rooted in yoga tantra and drawing on a variety of yogic traditions to share deeply nourishing and enlivening practices appropriate for contemporary life.

Her practice and teaching respects the cyclical powers of the living earth, and honours human life cycles as spiritual initiations (including menarche, conscious menstruation, menopause, birth and postnatal recovery).
